Choosing a gift is hard. Being given six of the same thing is worse. A Hedgeroe list lets you choose the pieces you actually want for your first home together — and lets the people who love you buy something they know will be used and kept.
We sit down with you in the Carrickmines showroom and build the list room by room, across every price, from a cushion to the dining table you will still have in twenty years.
How it works
- Book a time with us. Wedding lists are done by appointment so you get someone's full attention rather than a busy Saturday. Bring your floor plan, your paint samples, or nothing at all — we will walk the showroom with you and put the list together.
- We create your list. We put it together as a PDF with photographs and prices, and send it to you to pass on to your guests.
- Your guests choose. Gifts are bought in the showroom or over the phone — we will talk them through it and take payment. As each piece is bought we take it off your list, so nobody buys the same thing twice.
- We deliver it all together. Everything is held for you and delivered in one go, close to the date or whenever suits. Delivery is charged on a location basis — we will give you the figure before anything is booked.

- Every price point. Guests can spend €40 or €400 and feel they have given you something you will love forever.
- Nothing arrives twice. Once a piece is bought it comes off the list, so there are no duplicates and no awkward returns.

A few of the pieces couples put on their list first — lamps and wall lights, a mirror, framed art, a side table, and something quieter for the dressing table. These are the gifts guests club together for, and the ones you still have years later.

Questions
How far in advance should we start?
As early as you like — most couples come in three to six months before the wedding, which gives plenty of time for lead times on anything made to order.
Is there a minimum?
No minimum and no fee. Build the list around what you actually want.
Can we change the list once it is live?
Yes — add, remove or swap anything at any point up to the wedding. Just tell us.
What if something sells out?
We will let you know and suggest the closest alternative, or reorder it if the lead time works.
